Our scientific activity includes studies of the interaction of photons and charged particles with solid surfaces, physical phenomena in solids at low temperatures, preparation of thin-film structures and a wide range of applications of electron and mass spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction methods for elemental, chemical and structural analysis of surface and interface layers of solids.
